With the cowl halves off the airframe, I put the together on the ground and drew trim lines to match up the inlet edges. I also located and drilled the screw holes on the inside edges that overlap by the prop. Once I did that I seperated the halves and used my Dremel and sanding to trim the inlets. I also riveted on nutplates for the screws.
