Brief Description: Primed faying surfaces, LE Ribs
OK, earlier I had decided not to prime the skins, although I did prime the ribs. What I did decide to do was prime just the rivet strips, aka the faying surface where the skin and ribs come into contact. I had previously cut the rivet strips and removed the plastic. The reason I didn't remove all the plastic was since I wasn't priming the whol einterior I wanted to preserve the alclad to the max extent possible. I'll leave the rest of the plastic on the interior side of the skins until I'm ready to close the wing up with the bottom skins.
After priming I began fluting and straightening the LE ribs. I then notched 4 ribs (2 for each LE) where the ribs and spar step bars interfere with each other.
