Cut the tailcone stiffeners to length and then cut the ends at a 45 degree angle. Had to reaggrangeI then spent a considerable amount of time deburring the edges. Not difficult but very tedious. Maybe I take it to the exteme--edge debur tool, pass with a file, and finally a pass with a 3M wheel in a die grinder. I like smooth edges and this is the only process that seems to produce the results I like. I finished up by marking the rivet line down the length of each stiffener.
