Made a quick trip to Home Depot on my way home from work and picked up a 2x8 and some hinges to make a brake as the one that came with my tool kit is not wide enough to bend the trim tab skins. Got home, cut the board to length and attached the door hinges. I then bent the skins to their final shape. I then reversed myself and went back a step to fab the foam ribs. I first made a copy of the template in case I screwed it up. I then cut out the templates and glued them to the foam blocks using spray-on contact adhesive. I also did the evelvator ribs at the same as I had been waiting to do them when I got to this step sp I could do them all at once. I then used the band saw to do 99% of the cutting and a file to touch the ribs up--piece of cake.
