Riveted the last hinge half to the left trim tab and then drilled the 1/16 holes used to safety wire the hinge pins in place. I then put the pins in and tried the tabs out. The pins went in OK. They are tight-- hopefully they are supposed to be that way. The tabs seem to move pretty well, but not frictionless, perhaps a little binding from less then perfrect hinge alignment. I not concerned though as the tabs don't really move that much back and forth like ailerons.
