After a week of sitting, I removed the weights and clecos from the trailing edges and using a drill bit cleaned out the residual Proseal from all of the rivet holes. I then double flush rvieted the trailing edges per Van's instructions. They turned out straight as an arrow. I finished up by blind riveting the shearclip and close-out tabs.
Then I skipped ahead a few steps and bolted on the counter weights. The hardest part was digging through the bag with all the AN3 bolts to find the right ones.
