Brief Description: Pro-sealed the foam ribs and AEX wedge
Today was the big day -- my first exposure to ProSeal. I had purposely held off on inserting the foam rib and AEX into the elevator trailing egde until I had reached the point on the trim tabs where I needed to insert their foam ribs so I could do it all in one go. Well I had bought a tube of the stuff that you use in a caulking gun back in 2006 before I deployed. It was expired but for this purpose it was fine (I had stored in the freezor so it was still good). Any way, it wasn't that bad, but the stuff really does stick. I buttered up the ribs and AEX wedge and inserted then in good order and got everything clecoed up and weighted down. I finished up by blind riveting the closeout tabs on the trim tabs.
