Brief Description:  Trim tabs continued

Bent the close out tabs, but they are marginal. They look fine, problem was the blocks I used (made out of MDF) would creep off the 1/32nd's offset, even using double-sided tape, resulting in a bend line significantly in from ideal. I think they are OK, but I'll have my tech counselor verify. I also discovered that the final bend I made in the skins was probably too shallow, but with the tabs now bent, I can't bend the skins any more. The good news is when I clecoed everything up to final drill the skins to the spars, the overall shape of the trim tabs looked fine. I also bent the bottom leading edge per the plans. That was a a bit of head scratcher. I ended up doing it in stages using my hand seamer and the metal bending block from my brake clamped the work table over the bend line and got it ball park and called it good. I also trimmed the horns to final shape and final drilled them to the skins along with the spars.
