After almost a year off, started construction up again. I had left off with all of the parts primed and prepped for riveting and picked up where I left off with riveting the out-board and in-board tip ribs together and promptly ran into trouble. Even though I have a flange yoke, the problem was that the ribs each have a flange so I was trying to reach over two flanges vs. the normal one. As a result, and after much frustration, I decided to buck these rivets instead of squeezing them. To my surprise, they turned out pretty well. I did end up drilling 2 out and reshooting them, but even that process went well. Anyway, what I thought was going to be an easy step to get back in the saddle was everything but.
