Brief Description:  Riveted left stiffeners, tp & btm ribs, joined ski

Riverted shear clips to the right side stiffners. Also riveted on the right top rib half. I didin't finish the last rivets on the bottom rib as I have to figure out a way to set them. The space between the flanges is too small to buck or squeeze with normal tools. I seem to recall reading about this on the web so I need to reserach and get the right technique before I proceed. I did try a couple of different things on my own theat only resulted in me getting more practice drilling out rivets and scratching the heck out of the primer on the rib.

Moving right along, I was finally ready to join the 2 skins together by bondiing in the trailing edge wedge and clecoing in-place and riveting the stiffner halves together and to their respective sheqar clips. Instead of proseal, I opted to try and use some Loctite 45 min marine epoxy. I donned some gloves and spread a thin layer over the right side and clecoed in-place. I then repeated for the left side and then had Toni help me place the left the skin in postion. I then blind riveted the stiffners together while she helped roll the skin back as required. With a little finagling, I got it all riveted and the the trailing edge clecoed togther and weighted down. I'm not real satisfied with the look of the trailing edge with just the clecos holding it together. Even with weight on it, it does't seem as straight as it should be. I think I might have went too light on the epoxy in some places. I also hope I won't have any trouble extracting the clecos after the epoxy sets.
