Brief Description: Rudder match drilling and deburring
Continued to move out on the rudder. Clecoed the skeleton together and match drilled the ribs, spar, and stiffeners. Also attached the rudder control horn to the bottom rib after edge deburring. The horn took sometime to deburr as it is a thick part with significant edge roughness from the manufacturing process. Completed my first countersinks on the rudder striker plates with 50-50 results. Eack plate ended up with a CSK that was too deep. Not sure why yet.
