Brief Description:  Exhaust

I had previously intalled the jeaders some time ago. I now bolted up the mufflers after first fabricating some SS brackets that are used to hang the mufflers from the engine mount (you can see them in pics 2 & 3). The forward ends of the mufflers bolt to the headers via a slip joint whiule the rear is suspended from the brackets mentions above and a stablization arm (you can the teft one in pic 2). Once the exhaust was on the next step was to install the SCAT tubes that feed the cabin heat. This ended up being a little harder than I thought it would be becasue the SCAT ID is just frationally larger than the flange OD -- IOW it's a tight fit. Plus the heater boxes on the firewall are now difficult to get at becasue of everthing mounted on the rear of the engine making it hard to get hands bqack there to massage the SCAT onto the flanges. the final step was to run a bead of high tmep RTV down the length of the SCAT to prevent the string from unraveling should it get punctured.
