Brief Description: Match drill nose ribs and hinge brackets
The nose ribs were match drilled in two places each rib. I had to adjust the rib flanges a bit as they weren't lying flat against the inner surface of the nose rib skin.
Next was match drilling the four holes on the hinge brackets. You need to put in the bushing to space the brackets properly, but I couldn't find them (bag 1214-1 checked off as received but it's now lost. Ordered new contents for $45). I used washers as a substitute and eight of them gave me the same width as the bushing.
Then everything is disassembled and their location marked similar to what you do on the elevator. Next session will be final deburring, countersinking the hinge brackets and primer prep.
