The 72 hour cure time completed and the results were a bit better than the trim tab. I used too much clamping force on the trim tab and you could see where the outline of the ribs are on the skin. I used much less clamp up force this time and the rib locations are not obvious.
I used the safety pin tool from Cleaveland Tools on the squeezer to rivet the TE. I followed the recommended riveting sequence and the results were great. Closed out the sides with pop rivets and the elevator TE is complete.

I riveted every tenth or so rivet alternating back and forth. Seems to work well to get a straight TE.
