Brief Description:  Countersink Skin and Fuel Cap Flanges

Since last session I had a chat with Vans builder support about the countersinks in the skin. As a result I've decided to do the countersinks flush instead of slightly proud as I stated in the last entry. The plans state to leave every 10th hole untouched for now and C/S the rest. This is to provide good alignment when installing the baffle with sealant. After riveting the rest of the holes, you go back and countersink the rest and rivet.

The fuel cap flanges need a 0.007 in. under flush countersink to accomodate the skin dimples. Both L/R sides were done and set aside for later installation.
