I used my Knipex pliers to bend the flange tabs in the nose to better line up with the IML and minimize faceting. The plans call for running the tabs on the ScotchBright wheel, but by bending the tabs slightly you can minimize the amount of material you remove.
The stiffeners were profiled on my belt sander to their final dimensions and I deburred them on the ScotchBright wheel. I scuffed the mating surfaces, cleaned again with acetone then dimpled.
The rib interior holes and edges were deburred.
I used the Knipex pliers to put a slight bend in the tabs to align them
Finished profiling, deburring, cleaning and dimpling the tank stiffeners
