Brief Description: Dimpled Nose Skin and Started Assembly
Today was Thanksgiving so I wasn't able to get working on the plane until late in the afternoon. I finished deburring the skin this session. I really should have done this before I riveted the ribs and stiffeners, so I'll remember when I do the RH aileron. The small doubler was riveted to the spar.
Another thing I forget to do was to break the TE and scuff it before I dimpled the skins. I used my breaking tool to do the break between the TE holes and the results looked pretty good. I'm hoping you can't tell the difference between a properly broken edge and my patchwork effort. The trailing edge was scuffed up with Prekote and throughly washed. I spent some extra time blowing the water out from under the stiffeners so I wouldn't pre-dispose my aileron to corrosion with trapped moisture.
The nose skin was dimpled and the counterbalance assembly clecoed in place for riveting. I'll start that operation tomorrow morning after I wake up from my turkey coma.

Scuffed trailing edge holes for sealant. Broke TE edge between holes.
