The aileron is a bit more complicated than the flaps. You have to be careful about where you place your countersinks and the plans in certain places are a little confusing. I spent a lot of time staring at the plans and trying to figure out which side of which parts needed to be countersunk.
I got the end ribs and detail parts deburred and tried to countersink where specified. Unfortunately, I got what I call "chip drag" when countersinking on one of the holes and it left a circular gouge around the countersinked hole. I tried blending it out but it was too deep. I decided to replace the part and ordered some new ones.
