Brief Description: Fit forward upper skin, staboard

Bolted the flap motor braket (starboard) in the new position to avoid interference with the anchor nut. Riveted bracket in place. Fitted the uuper skin forward of the main spar. Drilled out leading edge holes to 3/32" and 1/8". Removed skin in preparation to apply zinc primer.
