Trimmed edge of a fridge door andapplied gasket sealand to joints and holes. Placed lower skin in keroscene to soak the very hard plastice protective coating.
Cut pieces of 2 x 4 for new support for the fuselage. tapered a section to be bolted to the wing attachment points to make the legs vertical.
De-burred, trimmed, buffed and dimpled all remaining components of the starboard centre section forward of the main spar. Now ready to apply zinc primer.
Dimpled the trailing edges of both starboard and port lower skins. Assembed doublers to the lower skin and fit into position. An anchor nut on the starbaord lower skin interfers with the flap motor.
