Brief Description: Strip coating and assemble wing ribs

Removed protective coating fromwing ribs. Spraying kerosene and leaving for 2 days seems to work fairly well. Had to drill out 3/32" holes in flange end of forward port wing rib #3 as there were no pre-drilled holes. Assembled wing ribs in preparation to drill out 3/32" holes through wing skin.
