Brief Description:  Priming prep

Tried Alodine process on all HS parts today after scrubbing all parts with Alumiprep and rinsing with water. The non alclad parts take Alodine much better. I also found that parts that are smoothed using SB wheel do not take Alodine as well ( parts get too polished). This stuff is very toxic so rubber gloves and good filter is in order. I am doing all the priming process inside the basement just inside garage type door. Later on I placed a box fan to increase to add additional ventilation but it really is quite safe the way I am doing it. Rinsing the parts is done just outside even when it rains! Since I'm rinsing anyway, the rain helps out.
