Picking up again on the nose ribs, I had strung a fishing line through the upper tooling holes of each rib. As the inboard and outboard ribs were already set using the jig it was a simple process of adjusting each rib so the line ran through the tooling hole in the same location. There was some minor adjustment required on a couple ribs but for the most part they lined up.
To get the drill in place I had to pull the next rib, then drill and cleco. That slowed the process down a bit. I have two more to drill then the whole structure comes apart to deburr and prime. Then it is on the riveting it together.
