Brief Description: Riveted Hinges and Clecoed Ribs to Spars
1. Riveted aileron and flap hinges and bell crank doublers to appropriate ribs. 2. Cut out angle attach clips and filed edges smooth. Deburred all holes. 3. Clecoed ribs to front and rear spars. Four ribs are just curved too much. I will try pulling them off one at a time and fluting them to take out these curves and twists. Also the root rib top flange overlaps a little onto recessed area on D-Spar. I will have to adgust this. 4. Bolted the truss to the rear spar. I used two thick and one thin 1/4" washers to fill the gap between spar and truss. Fits good.
