Started to align the wings by hanging four plumb bobs off the leading edge of the wings, one inboard, one outboard, on each wing. Taped a string across the plumb bob line where even with the outboard plumb bobs to see how much sweep is there starting out. Turns out it is about .75", way too much.
By equating the distance from a common point on each wing tip, measured to the rear of the fuse at a central mark, I had adjusted the wings so they were equal, hoping this would be close to no sweep in the wing. Not the case, I'll need to move the outboard ends of the wing forward enough to eliminate the sweep as much as possible, while keeping both equated.
