Slowing trimming away the height of the baffling to get the cowling to fit again. Image one was the starting point and image two and three are where I stopped today. It is a slow process of checking the fit, making reference marks for trimming, pulling the cowling and parts of the baffling, trimming and then putting it back together to check the fit. The upper cowl came off at least eight or nine times.
The process would be faster if I would / could cut more material away at one time. But I know I would end up trimming too much.
