Deburred all pieces (20) and put the frame together with clecos. Not that much of a problem but you need to study every word in the manual not to miss any information in this very compact instructions. The pictures in the manual are quite instructive but the supporting text could be improved and is sometimes hard to understand. Then cleaning with aceton (dimethylketone), ICP corrosion on surfaces where metal meet metal, and the additional Alu primer on all surfaces (I know this is perhaps unneccessary but it can't hurt) time for riveting. The riveting i find very pleasant but it is easy to get carried away and rivet too many holes too early. This has happened a couple of times. It's not a big deal as it's easy to drill the rivets out without damageing the holes. Once again I'm impressed by the quality and how well the pieces fit together. Have to await the inspection by the EAA before I can put the skin on. Therefore I also have to await riveting the pieces related to the elevator hinge.
