Welcome to my experimental aircraft website. This site will mirror my builders log as I build a kit aircraft made by Vans aircraft - an RV8 much like the one you see me sitting in here. I decided on the RV8 because I liked the idea of a tandem aircraft that can cruise cross country efficiently and is also aerobatic. I have not yet decided on if it will be a taildragger or not (now leaning toward tail wheel). I also am currently leaving my engine, prop and avionics options open, although I have some pretty good ideas on what I would like them to be if my banker agrees!
